SexyWerkFitness™️ was founded by Coach Star in May of 2022 when she was inspired to put her unique, empowering spin on a fun WERKout experience. Star believes that every woman regardless of age, size, race and religion should feel beautiful in her own skin and should take charge of their health by moving their bodies in ways they enjoy!

What is a SexySista™️?
A SexySista™️ is any woman involved in the SexyWerk™️community who dares to dream big, love herself out loud and set positive and powerful intentions for her life. Ladies are considered SexySistas™️the moment they join a class, attend a retreat, twerkout with us online or simply consistently engage with us in other ways. There is room for all of us to SHINE.

No sis! 🙂 We are open to ALL fitness and dance levels and we intentionally create a safe and open environment where you’ll feel safe in the warm embrace of your SexySistas™️ every time!
While there isn’t a set age limit, our Sexy Werk Fitness™️ must comply with state laws on age requirements and age restrictions.
